This relieves small muscles and tendons in the wrist and hand and can prevent annoying pains such as CANS. Make sure the cursor speed of the mouse is not set too sensitively, so that when moving the cursor on the screen you are also stimulated to move the whole arm. The mouse is intentionally lightweight to prevent unnecessary muscle strain.
