Free Shipping (United States)

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $10 within the 48 contiguous states of the United States.

  • For orders under $10, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.


Shipping Timeframe

  • All orders will typically be shipped within 2 to 8 business days.

  • Shipping times depend on your location and product(s) ordered. In some cases, shipping may take up to 10 days.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday. If an order is placed on a weekend, it may not be shipped until the next business day.


Shipping Delays & 30-Day Guarantee

  • We stand by our 30-day refund guarantee. If your package is delayed for any reason and does not arrive within 30 days from the date of purchase, you will receive a full refund—even if the delay is beyond our control.

  • While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, etc.). However, our guarantee still applies for delays that exceed 30 days.


Express Shipping

  • We offer express shipping at an additional charge. Please note that express shipping may still be affected by external shipping carrier delays and is not refundable if delivery times are extended beyond the stated timeframe.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. This allows you to track the status of your shipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost, you have the option to either:

    • Receive a replacement package at no additional cost.

    • Request a full refund for your entire purchase.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but you believe it was stolen, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in investigating the situation.

  • If a package is lost or stolen, please allow up to 2 business days for us to process a refund or resolve the issue.

  • Please note that we are an English-only speaking company. We do not have multilingual customer support at this time.
