EzBuyCo Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

1. How to Initiate a Return
All returns and exchanges must be initiated exclusively through our EzBuyCo return portal. To begin the process, please visit:

You will be required to enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase to verify your order. Returns initiated by any other method (such as direct emails or messages) will not be processed.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

Returns are only accepted if initiated within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST). The delivery date is the date the carrier marks the package as delivered, which is verifiable by tracking information.

Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any protective materials or inserts to avoid damage during return transit.

You must provide proof of purchase—such as an order confirmation or receipt—during the return initiation process.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and handled per section 6 below.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

If the return is due to an error on EzBuyCo’s part (such as receiving a wrong or defective item), we will:

Provide a prepaid return shipping label via our return portal.

Cover all associated shipping costs, including return shipping, original shipping fees, and any customs or import duties originally paid.

Refund the full purchase price and shipping fees.

For returns based on customer preference (such as change of mind, wrong size, or color), the customer is responsible for:

Paying all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees and any customs/import duties are non-refundable in these cases.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure proof of return delivery.

4. Approved Couriers & Shipping Instructions

The prepaid return labels provided by EzBuyCo via our return portal will specify the courier to be used (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

Customers are required to drop off the package at the designated courier’s facility or arrange a pickup if available.

If returning at your own expense, we recommend using a reputable courier with package tracking and delivery confirmation.

EzBuyCo is not responsible for lost or delayed packages if the customer ships without tracking or uses an unverified courier.

Returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days after approval and receipt of the prepaid label or return instructions.
5. Return Approval & Refund Processing

Once you submit your return request via our return portal with all required information (including photos if applicable), we will review and approve or deny the request within 1 business day.

After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

If a return is denied due to policy violation, see section 6.
6. Rejected Returns & Non-Refundable Conditions
Returns will be rejected and no refund will be issued if:

The returned product is used, damaged, or altered in any way that affects its resale value.

The product returned does not match the product originally purchased.

Items are missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Multiple items from a single order are not all returned together as originally shipped.

Returns are initiated outside the 30-day return window.

The return shipment is not sent through the specified courier or lacks valid tracking proof when shipping is at customer expense.
Rejected returns will be disposed of or donated at EzBuyCo’s discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with rejected returns, including return shipping back to them if applicable.
7. Damaged or Defective Products

Damages or defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery via our return portal with clear photographs of the damaged product and original packaging.

Upon approval, EzBuyCo will cover all costs for return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
8. Lost or Delayed Return Shipments

EzBuyCo is not responsible for packages lost or delayed during return shipping if the customer uses their own courier without tracking or proof of delivery.

For prepaid labels, refunds will be issued only after the courier confirms package delivery to our warehouse.

We recommend retaining tracking information and proof of postage until the refund process is complete.
9. Exchanges

EzBuyCo does not process direct exchanges.

To replace a product, please return the original item via our return portal and place a new order for the desired product separately.
10. European Union Customers

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason, without providing justification.

All other conditions of this policy apply, including product condition and return shipping responsibilities.
