1. Upload Tracking Within 2 Business Days

Sellers must upload a valid tracking number within two business days of receiving an order. This confirms the order is processing and keeps the customer informed.

2. Orders Must Ship Within 3 Business Days of Tracking

From the time tracking is uploaded, the item must be shipped (i.e., accepted by the carrier) within 3 business days. Avoid excessive delays or phantom shipments.

3. Accurate, Reliable Product Listings

Sellers should only list items they currently have in stock or can fulfill promptly. Descriptions, pricing, and images must be clear and accurate.

4. Provide Customer Support

EzBuyCo provides primary customer support to buyers for orders placed on our marketplace. However, we may reach out to you directly for additional information, order confirmations, or to assist in resolving specific issues related to your products. Your cooperation in responding promptly helps ensure a smooth experience for our customers and maintains a high standard of service across the platform.

5. Handle Returns Promptly

Respond to return or refund requests within two business days. Timely resolution helps protect your seller reputation.

6. Keep Cancellations to a Minimum

Listing items that are out of stock or canceling due to delay issues should be avoided. Too many cancellations may result in account warnings or removal from the platform.
