How to Use Our New Self-Service Return Portal
We’ve made returning products easier than ever. You no longer need to contact us directly to initiate a return. With our new self-service return portal, you can now submit a return request online, and it will be reviewed and responded to within 1 business day.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how it works:
Step 1: Visit the Return & Exchange Portal

This is where all return requests begin. You’ll be guided through the process directly on the page.
Step 2: Enter Your Order Details
You’ll be prompted to enter your order number and email address. This helps our system pull up your purchase and ensure it qualifies under our return policy.
Step 3: Select the Items You Want to Return
Choose the product(s) from your order that you’d like to return. You can select the reason for the return and provide any additional information needed.
Step 4: Submit Your Return Request
Once you’ve completed the form, submit your return request. There’s no need to email or message us separately.
Step 5: Wait for Review (1 Business Day)
Our team will review your request and either approve or decline it within 1 business day. You’ll receive an update by email with the decision and next steps.
Step 6: Follow Return Instructions
If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions—possibly including a return shipping label (if applicable)—on how to send the item back. Follow those instructions carefully to ensure timely processing.
Step 7: Receive Your Refund or Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if a return is required), your refund or store credit will be processed as requested during the return submission.
