How to Cancel Your EzBuyCo Order
If you’ve placed an order on EzBuyCo but selected the wrong item or simply changed your mind, you can easily cancel your order by submitting our Cancellation Form.
To complete the form, you’ll need your order number and the date your order was placed. If you don’t know that information, follow the guide below to find it inside your EzBuyCo account.
If you’re not already signed in, start by visiting our account sign-in page.
Step-by-Step: Locate Your Order Information
Step 1: Open Your Account
From the EzBuyCo homepage, look to the top right corner and click on your account icon.

Step 2: Sign In
If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to log into your EzBuyCo account using your email and password.
Step 3: Go to Your Orders
Once signed in, click on the “Orders” section from your account dashboard.

Step 4: Select the Order You Want to Cancel
Find and click on the specific order you'd like to cancel. This will show the full order details.

Step 5: Use the Info to Submit the Cancellation Form
Once you have your Order Number and the Date Placed, go to our "Cancellation Form" and submit your request.
You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed. If eligible, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.
