How to Fulfill EzBuyCo Orders from Your Shopify Store
If you’re a Shopify seller on the EzBuyCo marketplace, fulfilling your orders quickly and accurately is key to keeping customers happy and your business growing. This guide walks you through exactly how to manage and fulfill EzBuyCo orders directly from your Shopify store.
Step 1: Make Sure You’re Connected
If you haven’t yet connected your Shopify store to EzBuyCo, click here to apply as a seller and get set up. Once approved, we’ll sync your product catalog, pricing, and inventory automatically.
Step 2: Check for Incoming Orders
When a customer places an order on EzBuyCo for one of your products, the order will automatically show up in your Shopify admin just like any other order. You’ll receive a notification via email and inside Shopify.
Step 3: Fulfill Like Normal
All EzBuyCo orders are fulfilled through your Shopify workflow. That means you can:
- Use your preferred shipping carrier
- Buy shipping labels directly through Shopify
- Send tracking info to customers automatically
Once you mark the order as fulfilled in Shopify, it will automatically be marked as fulfilled on EzBuyCo as well.
Step 4: Track Shipping and Customer Support
Shipping updates will be sent to your customer by EzBuyCo using the tracking number you provide. If the customer reaches out with questions, our support team can help resolve issues — but you’ll always be looped in when needed.
Step 5: Get Paid
You’ll be paid directly via your linked seller payment method. Funds are typically released once tracking is confirmed and the order is delivered or marked fulfilled.
